Erik Jones Named as New CBO of Malone Air, Lydia Wood Promoted to Charter Manager

We are excited to announce the promotion of two indispensable members of the Malone AirCharter Team: Lydia Wood and Erik Jones!

Lydia Wood became our new Charter Manager, a role she has been training for and growing into for months. Lydia joined Malone AirCharter two years ago, when she hit the ground running and hasn’t slowed down ever since. Lydia brings a remarkable eye for detail, an ability to take the constant and ever-changing needs of her department in stride, all while making both our clients and our staff feel at ease. We are beyond thrilled to watch her fully step into this role and we are confident that her department will thrive and excel under her leadership.

To coincide with this change, Erik Jones has completed his own tenure as Charter Manager, moving to officially support the entire organization as Chief Business Officer. Erik has been with Malone AirCharter since 2011. His expertise in aviation and aircraft management combined with his ability to foster communication, cohesion, and growth across all departments, has made him a vital part of the team for the duration of his time – we don’t know what we’d do without him! It is only fitting that he now has a title to match the invaluable role he has always played at Malone. Erik is looking forward to, among other things, growing the Malone AirCharter fleet and ensuring that the organization constantly rise to match its potential while continuing the commitment to safety, professionalism, expertise, and customer service.
