JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Malone AirCharter is pleased to announce Brian Neldner as its Business Development Manager. In his role, Neldner focuses on growing the company’s managed aircraft fleet and charter client base.

Since joining Malone AirCharter earlier this year, Neldner has focused on expanding relationships and identifying new opportunities for the company’s charter and aircraft management services. He also serves as a knowledgeable point of contact for aircraft owners and charter clients, working to understand their needs and connect them with the appropriate services.

Neldner brings sales experience in aviation, real estate and medical devices, along with a lifelong passion for aviation.

He began his career more than 20 years ago as a pilot and flight instructor. His work included helping military pilots streamline their transition from military to civilian aircraft, administering biennial flight reviews and stage checks, and developing and implementing safety stand-down programs.

A Jacksonville-area native, Neldner first became interested in aviation as a child while watching small planes take off from an airfield near his home. Shortly after graduating from high school, he took an hour-long discovery flight and immediately knew he wanted to pursue a career in aviation.

He moved to South Florida to attend flight school full time, earning several licenses and ratings, including private pilot, commercial pilot, multi-engine and flight instructor credentials.

Neldner later worked as an account executive at Wheels Up, where he sold private aviation services to new and existing members and negotiated multimillion-dollar agreements with high-net-worth individuals and C-suite executives. He also generated new business across multiple industries and corporate partnerships while conducting executive-level presentations and performance reviews.

At Malone AirCharter, Neldner works directly with aircraft owners seeking professional management services, as well as individuals considering purchasing an aircraft and needing a trusted management partner.

“Malone AirCharter has exciting opportunities ahead for continued growth, and we are focused on strengthening our relationships with customers and finding new ways to meet their evolving needs,” Neldner said. “Our customers are at the heart of what we do, and understanding their unique needs allows us to deliver the personalized service and solutions they expect from Malone AirCharter. We have an exceptional team, and I’m proud to represent a company that is committed to delivering a high level of service and building lasting relationships with our customers.”

Cristine Kirk, president and CEO of Malone AirCharter, said Neldner’s aviation knowledge, sales experience and commitment to customer service support the company’s continued growth.

“Brian has made an impact at Malone in a very short time,” Kirk said. “In just a few months, he has already brought a new aircraft management opportunity to Malone and is continuing to create new opportunities for growth. He has a natural ability to build relationships, listen to what an aircraft owner needs and turn those conversations into opportunities. I’m incredibly excited about what Brian has already accomplished and even more excited about what’s ahead for him and Malone AirCharter.”
