Scott Malone
Operations Director / Chief Pilot
Scott Malone is the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations for Malone AirCharter, Inc. He is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science and a minor in Aviation Safety. Scott’s aviation career reaches to almost every facet of the industry, having logged more than 10,000 incident free flight hours. Before the creation of Malone AirCharter, he was a pilot with Piedmont Airlines (US Airways Express). He is an Airline Transport rated pilot for both land and seaplanes, and also is type rated in multiple turbine aircraft as well as a commercial helicopter pilot. Scott is an active member of the Aviation Safety Counsel as well as a check airman for the F.A.A. Scott stays current in all of our aircraft and is always eager to further develop his expertise.
Mindy Malone
President
Mindy Malone is the President and logistics manager of Malone AirCharter, Inc. After serving as vice-president in a different charter organization, she played a significant role in the building Malone AirCharter into North Florida’s premier air charter service. She has become very much of an expert in all phases of operations including Federal Aviation Administration regulations, crew and maintenance scheduling, flight following, and of course customer service. She and her charter staff will handle all the details of your travel experience, including complimentary food/beverage and concierge services.

Hayden Malone
Maintenance & Acquisitions Lead
Hayden Malone, a University of Central Florida graduate, oversees Malone AirCharter, Inc.’s aircraft maintenance department and holds it to highest of standards. He is an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic holding an Inspection Authorization from the Federal Aviation Administration. Hayden is a highly trained commercial pilot, and a U. S. Airforce Vietnam veteran, having served as a crew chief and flight engineer on the C-141-B cargo aircraft. He is an adjunct professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and helped design and construct Malone AirCharter’s beautiful new 20,000 square foot building at Craig Airport. Hayden regulates all aircraft maintenance, acquisition, and pre-buys.
Irene Malone
Chief Financial Officer
Irene Malone, a graduate of Bethel University, is a former Medical Disability Examiner. She has used her attention to detail and love of aviation to great effect as Malone AirCharter, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer. She manages accounting, payroll, and tax; in addition to human resource and organizational problem solving functions. Irene interfaces daily with our flight crews, mechanics and operations staff, also assisting her husband Hayden with aircraft acquisitions and pre-buys.
